Karla’s training and prior experience in health and mindful living enables her to combine her knowledge of anatomy, meditation, and client-centric care with the power of sound healing to provide a unique individually tailored therapeutic experience.

SOUND THERAPY / YOGA / MINDFUL EDUCATION
Karla is a certified (Sound Healing Academy) sound healing practitioner and a Yoga certified yoga teacher (trained by Breath 4 Change and Mission Propelle). She previously worked as a Health educator (Mindful Schools).
Karla enjoys combining her healthcare background with her training in sound healing meditation, yoga asana practice, and pranayama (breathing techniques) to help clients make the most of the mind-body connection to promote holistic wellness.
Karla’s sound healing and yoga classes are suitable for beginners as well as those with experience.
Karla’s journey into holistic healing began out of personal necessity. What started out as a self-healing experience 20 years ago gently turned into a quest for knowledge and a deeper understanding of the complimentary contribution of the Mind, Body & Spirit in self-healing.
As an Intuitive Holistic Therapist, Wellness Coach and Meditation Facilitator Karla’s success is based upon universal energy, self-empowerment and a pragmatic approach to spirituality in our everyday lives. Her skills facilitate healing, growth and development through workshops, personal sessions and individualized treatment plans.
Her wide range of holistic therapies acknowledge the delicate balance between mind, body and spirit consequently inspiring, supporting and empowering a personal responsibility into self-healing.
